License Issues
The docs on the old Mac-On-Linux site do not indicate a license. So unless Samuel reappears it seems we should not copy them straight across. This is OK, however, since many of the docs must be updated, clarified, or corrected.

Formatting
I decided to use the <pre></pre> tags for displaying terminal input (to match the installation instructions page). Also the templates {{Config|filename|options}} and {{Warn|warning message}} are used.
